We appreciate payment by credit card at the time of reservation. If you prefer to pay by check, please make out check to TWC in advance of meeting. No cash payments, please.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend, please cancel by November 29th 5:00 PM. TWC is charged  for the number of reservations as of that date. You will be required to pay even if you do not attend if you have not cancelled by that date.
